Location: Highwoods Leisure Centre (Gilberd School), Colchester, CO4 9PU. Maxi class is outdoors all year round, other classes are held in the gymnasium.

Day of the week: Saturday

When to arrive: Arrive 5 mins before class start time

​

What to wear: Anything comfortable to run around in, no open toed shoes (trainers are perfect). For Maxi class, make sure weather appropriate, rugby/football boot for autumn/winter.

What to bring: Some water (maybe a snack for after :-))
